Wii Fit is the specialized and special game created by the producers of Nintendo for the Wii game console. This game is different from all the other video games existing in the respect that it has a realistic and especially attainable goal. The structure of the Wii Fit is based on a very complex and at the same time a very funny concept: the problem of weight loss. This fact has inspired the producers who came up with the idea of constructing a game that would realistically treat all the problems brought by the very issue of extra pounds. Wii Fit hence comprises numerous elements that relate to the solving of the weight problems so as to help players achieve their goals in no time and in a very pleasant way.

The Wii Fit's $89.99 price tag is justified by the wide range of exercises it includes. The exercises are grouped under four different training modes: strength training, yoga, aerobics and balance games. The strength training category offers a series of extensions, lifts (arm and leg), squats, twists, lunges, planks and more. Meanwhile, the yoga category coaches users through a variety of different positions and breathing exercises, and aerobics allows players to do stepping, rhythm boxing and even hula-hoop challenges. Wii Fit's balance games include heading a soccer ball, walking a tight rope, doing ski jumps and more. When a person starts an exercise, a trainer (designed by the user) appears on screen. Throughout each exercise, the trainer provides the user with personalized feedback. All of the games and exercises utilize the balance board in some way, so the system (and your trainer) can tell exactly what you are doing and how you are doing it.

Wii Fit's hula hooping consists of, as you'd expect, gyrating your hips with a virtual hoop onscreen and then as the game progresses, characters will throw more hoops for you to catch and rotate as many times as you can until the time runs out.
