Wii Fit is the first Nintendo Wii game specifically design to help gamers get into shape. It features over 40 different activities separated into four training categories of muscle workouts, aerobic exercises, yoga and balance, each one designed to test you in a different way. The Wii Fit software uses the balance board to compile data in order to plan your fitness progress over a period of time. The software's fitness measurement system can collect data about an individual in order to keep track of their fitness goals. The fitness readings are presented in the way of a graph that measures your body mass index (BMI) and will adapt your Wii character accordingly. The Wii character is a animated character that represents an individual player's physique, so it's important to enter your stats correctly for accurate progress analysis.
